Bears are symbols of strength and wisdom to many Native Americans, and are often associated with healing and medicine (since bears continue fighting after being seriously injured, Native Americans often believed they were capable of healing their wounds.)

This Grizzly bear statue is reproduced in the finest American bronze, finished in dark brown patina with hand-applied highlights that create natural variations in texture and color and then hand-rubbed to bring out the awesome detail and highlights, making a unique and lasting sculpture that is an original work of art.
